中药治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗后骨髓抑制的临床研究
Clinical Research of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Malignant Tumor Marrow Depression after Chemoradiation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of TCM treatment of malignant tumor marrow depression after chemo radiation. Methods:l86 patients were randomly divided imo control group and treatment group. The treatment group took Chinese herbal drugs after the white blood cells descended or the stop of chemotherapy, one dose per day until white blood cells got normal or the beginning of the next cycle of chemotherapy. Control group took recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor ( G - CSF) 150 ug,subcutanoous injection once a day, till the white blood cells got normal. Results: There was significant difference between the two groups ( P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion: There is significant difference between two groups, but therapeutic effect of the treatment group is more durable,inexpensive and easy to use.关键词
