Abstract
An analysis is made on how to realize the maximization of economic benefit of reservoir project based on the regional economic development strategy in close combination with the actual demands for the functions of reservoir from the local economic and social development under the premise to ensure the safety of reservoir during the implementation of risk-elimination and strengthening of dangerous reservoir by means of adjusting the conventional design concept for the risk elimination and strengthening concerned.关键词
