摘要

Abstract

A flood forecast operation scheme was put forward to improve the use of water resources and floodwater resources of Ankang reservoir. This scheme is based on six hours runoff forecast information with consideration of runoff forecast accuracy and reservoir regulation. Forecast operation rules were worked out by a step-by-step regulation method. Flood forecast operation by the new scheme was compared with normal operation for the cases of different flood frequencies, different flood year types and various initial water levels of flood routing. The results indicate that the proposed scheme improves floodwater resources utilization and flood control safety.
