摘要

Abstract

Traditional operations of cascade hydropower stations by the operators' experience need be improved on a scientific basis.This paper proposes an artificial neural network model to determine the optimized operation rule of cascade reservoirs by nonlinear decision-making mechanism.Simulations under the new operation rule were made in a ease study of practical reservoirs, and a comparison of the present results with other different methods shows improvements and advantages of the proposed model.
