摘要

Abstract

The existing assessment method of economic operation of hydropower plant based on initial design and operation chart emphasizes an conception of increasing power output by using the water saved.In this paper, a new assessment method of accurate simulation and operation optimization is presented.In this method, a theoretical maximum output is obtained first, and then the ratio of actual output over this maximum and some other factors are used to estimate the operation level.A case study of the Three Gorges-Gezhouba cascade hydropower plants shows advantages of the new method.
