摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] The extracting technique of natural anti-bacterial agent resisting to mango mathogen from the natual medicine consisting of Flos Lonicerae, Flos Sophorae Immaturus and Herba Pogostemonis and its activity were researched. [ Method ] The concentration of ethanol and its amount, the number of extraction and its time in the technique were optimized through the orthogonal experiment and the lowest concentration of anti-bacterial agent in actual operation was tested by means of the plate diffusion method. [ Result ] The results showed that the best anti-bacteriostasis was available when the ratio of Flos Lonicerae, Flos Sophorae Immaturus and Herba Pogostemonis was 1: 1: 2. The optimal extracting condition was as follows: the reflux-extracting amount of 70% alcohol was 6 times and the number if extraction was twice for 30 minutes/each. The lowest concentration of the inhibition to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz and Phompsis sp was 6.25 mg/ml and to Botryodiplodia sp,12.50 mg/ml. [ Conclusion] The extracting technique was stable and feasibleand the extract from the mixture had a strong inhibition effect on typical mango pathogen.
