人参皂苷Rg3与Rg5的分离及Rg3异构体的拆分
Separation and preparation of ginsenosides Rg3 enantiomers and Rg5

Abstract
Based on the solute difference in methanol, ginsenosides 20(S)-Rg3, 20(R)-Rg3, Rg5 and Rk1 has been separated each other with silica gel column. 7.40 g 20(R)-Rg3 with the purity of 64.0%,10.9 g 20(S)-Rg3 with the purity of 75.3%, and 6.05 g mixture of Rg5 and Rk1 were obtained from 30 g mixture. After that 20(S)-Rg3 and 20(R)-Rg3 were purified by crystallization and 0. 850 g 20(S)-Rg3 with the purity of 95. 1%, and 1.98 g 20(R)-Rg3 with the purity of 94.6% were obtained from 3 g 20(S)-Rg3 and 3 g 20(R)-Rg3 respectively.关键词
