摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To compare the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance cholan-giopancreatography (MRCP) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in bile duct and pancreatic tract disease.[ Methods ] 47 patients were confirmed by operation or pathology received MRCP and ERCP. [ Results ] The acouracy rate of MRCP diagnosis was 85.1％,and that of ERCP was 93.6 ％.The accuracy rates of MRCP and ERCP in the diagnosis of malignant biliary obstruction were 82.1％,89.2％. And the rates were 89.5％, 100％ in the diagnosis of cholelithiasis. [ Conclustions] MRCP is safe, non-invasive examination method, so that it should be choice to diagnose the biliary obstruction disease, but can not to replace ERCP combined with the two methods can promote the diagnos-is rate.关键词
