Abstract
[ Objectives ] To study the iconographic and bronchoscopic features and interventional therapic methods of the amyloidosis of the lower respiratory tract. [Methods] A retrospective analysis of 77 cases was made, among which three were diagnosed in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University and the domestic clinical data of the other seventy-four cases reported since 1994 were reviewed. [Results] Chest X-ray findings were often nonspecific, especially the increased bronchovascular shadow, and the tracheobronchial stenosis was found directly in some cases. From chest CT scans luminal stenosis, mucosa thickening, submucosa calcification and so on were often found. By bronchoscopic examinations, the luminal stenosis, the mucous hyperemia and the nodule-like hyperplasia were often found. Interventional therapy by bronchoscopy to the amyloidosis would be used through many methods such as laser therapy, cryotherapy, argon plasma coagulation therapy and so on. [ Conclusions ] There are some iconographic and bronchoscopic featurse in amyloidosis of lower respiratory tract and the bronchoscopic examination is the main method to diagnose this kind of disease. Interventional therapy by bronchoscopy is an effective method.关键词
