Study on Temporal and Spatial Relations between Urban Ecpansion and Land Values

Abstract
Taking BeiHai as an example,data and GIS technology were used to comprehensively analyze the relationship between urban expansion and land values from 1996 to 2006 in order to find out the driven mechanism in the process of the process of the expansion of city and the changes of and value.Then,the urban land application mode based on the regulation and controlling of field'value was proposed so as to provide scienific reference for the land application management in the construction of over Beihai beach in Beihai City.关键词
