一种类石墨材料的场发射性能
Field Emission Research on Graphite-like Materials
摘要
Abstract
The graphite-like materials were received by thermal chemical vapor deposition ( CVD),The microstructure and surface morphology of the graphite-like materials were characterized by Field emission Scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and Raman. The measurement results revealed that graphite-like materials were consisted of a series of flower-like graphite which had protruding tips in edge. The field-emission properties were tested by diode-type configuration. Test results show that the current can be reached to μA level at electric field of 1. 7V/μm. And the current density is 1.85 mA/cm2 at electric field of 4 V/μm, the turn-on field is 2.5 V/μm, the maximum operating voltage is from 8 × 103V to 104V.关键词
