基于单胺类神经递质代谢谱研究姜黄和郁金的寒热药性差异
Heat and Cold Properties of Jianghuang and Yujin Based on Brain Catecholamine Metabolic Profiling
摘要
Abstract
To compare and confirm different effects of Jianghuang and Yujin, a HPLC-MS method for the quantitative determination of 7 catecholamines in brain samples was developed. Principal component analysis (PCA) was processed to analyze the catecholamine metabolic profiling. The results suggested that heat-syn-drome model and cold-syndrome model could be distingushed by catecholamine metabolic profiling. Jiang huang and Yujin have different effects for the heat and cold syndrome model based on brain catecholamines metabolic profiling.关键词
