摘要

Abstract

The interactions between the novel N-benzoyl-dehydroabietylamine derivatives (NBDD)including N-benzoyl-dehydroabietylamine ( NBD ), N-o-chlorobenzoyl-dehydroabietylamine ( NCIBD ), N-benzoyl-dehydroabietylamine-7-one (NBDO) and N-o-chlorobenzoyl-dehydroabietylamine-7-one ( NCIBDO ) with angiotensin Ⅲ (AngⅢ) were investigated by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS). The results show that when the four derivatives respectively mixed with Ang Ⅲ in molar ratios of NBDD: AngⅢ 1: 1, 3:1 and 5: 1, the non-covalent complexes with binding stoichiometries of 1:1 NBDD-AngⅢ and 2:1 (NBDD)2-AngⅢ formed and the complexes mainly formed + 2 charged ions [ NBDD-Ang Ⅲ+ 2H ] 2 + and [ (NBDD) 2-Ang Ⅲ +2H ] 2 +. The stability order of the four kinds of complex ions of binding stoichiometries of 1: 1 [ NBDDAng Ⅲ + 2H ] 2 + was NBDO-Ang Ⅲ> NCIBDO-Ang Ⅲ > NC1BD-Ang Ⅲ > NBD-Ang Ⅲ. And for the complexes of binding stoiehiometries of 2: 1 (NBDD) 2-Ang Ⅲ, the combination mode of two NBDD molecules with Ang Ⅲ was NBDD-Ang Ⅲ -NBDD.
