摘要
Abstract
Small and Medium Enterprises Board,which is regarded as Chinese future NASDAQ, is drawing attention from all walks.This thesis focuses on the effect of the Investment from Venture Capital on The Value of Small and Medium Enterprises.Based on the empirical study of relationship between the corporate value, market share and financial performance, this thesis found that investment from venture capital has a significant positive effect on the corporate financial performance and market share, which shows that investment from the venture capital can promote the value growth of the invested firms.关键词
