摘要

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of the inorganic elements in Chloriti lapis and processed one.METHODS:The inorganic elements of C.lapis and processed one were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrography (ICP-MS).Main components and correlation were analyzed using SPSS16.0 software.RESULTS: 25 inorganic elements were determined.Main components were Si, Fe, Mg, Al, Ca, K, Na and cumulative rate reached at 90.700% and 100.000%.Average content of Ti was relatively high and reached 6.356 2 mg·g-1 and 5.554 6 mg·g-1.And there were correlations among some inorganic elements.The content of inorganic elements in processed C.lapis was lower than that of C.Lapis.CONCLUSION: The study provides a scientific reference for effectiveness and safety evaluation and the formulation of quality standard of C.Lapis.
