斑蝥炮制前后脂肪酸成分的GC-MS分析
GC-MS Analysis of Fatty Acids from Mylabris before and after Processing

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of the fatty acids from Mylabris before and after processing. METHODS: The fatty oil of Mylabris was extracted by petroleum ether and analyzed by GC-MS after methyl esterifying. The content of chemical components was determined by peak area normalization method. RESULTS: 10 kinds of fatty acid were isolated from preprocessed Mylabris fatty oil and processed Mylabris fatty oil. Main chemical constituents of fatty acid were oleic acid, oleic acid and linoleic acid. CONCLUSION: Processing has little effect on Mylabris fatty acid composition. The study provides theoretical basis for chemical constituent study of Mylabris before and after processing.关键词
