Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ, tanshinone Ⅱ A in Salviae miltiorrhizae from different habitats.METHODS: RP-HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Kromasil TMC18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (75:25)at flow rate of 1 mL· min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The injection size was 10 μL.RESULTS: The linear ranges of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ , tanshinone ⅡA in S.miltiorrhizae were 1.45~10.19 μg(r=0.999 8), 2.16~15.12 μg(r=0.999 6),3.15~22.06 μg(r=0.999 7), repsectively.The average recoveries were 99.44%, 99.48%, 99.34%, respectively.RSDs were 0.2 %, 0.1%, 0.1% (n = 6).There were significant differences in the contents of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ , tanshinone Ⅱ A in S.miltiorrhizae from different habitats.CONCLUSION: The method is stable, reliable and reproducible for the quality control of S.miltiorrhizae.关键词
