Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Pinggan granules. METHODS: TLC was employed to identify Lobelia chinensis, and the content of scutellarin in Pinggan granules was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: TLC spots were clear,well-separated and specific without interference from negative control. The linear range of scutellarin was 10～40 tg(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 98.16％ (RSD=2.88％ ,n=6). CONCLUSION: Established standard is suitable for the quality control of Pinggan granules.关键词
