RESEARCH ON TECHNIQUE OF UYGHUR MMS BASED ON TEXT-IMAGE CONVERSION AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION
摘要
Abstract
In this paper we take the research of Uyghur MMS technique as the background, combine the writing features and style of Uyghur language, analyse the difficulties of developing Uyghur MMS technique by surveying current mobile MMS technique schemes, study an implementation scheme of Uyghur MMS based on text-image conversion, and also provide an algorithm to convert text to image. Furthermore,we create the Uyghur MMS by studying the encapsulation of the MMS information and the assembly of the information by SMIL. The validity and feasibility of the scheme in this paper has been verified on Nokia 5100 emulator.关键词
