摘要

Abstract

A lot of artificial pollution tests were experimentally investigated in the fog chamber for two kinds of insulators, XP-160 and LD-120 insulators, a large number of test data were obtained, and flashover risk comprehensive assessment based on leakage current amplitude (Im) and flashover voltage (Uf) of polluted insulators was also established. The results show that; probability functions of both amplitude of leakage current (Im) and flashover voltage (Uf) can be described with the normal distribution. Statistical characteristic and pollution flashover risk prediction for transmission line insulators based on leakage current and flashover voltage are given, and flashover probability of polluted insulators of transmission line is calculated.
