摘要
Abstract
In this paper, proceeding from analising the risk factors and control framework of medical insurance fund, the technologies of the risk control platform for Shanghai Medical Insurance Fund is studied and implemented. The platform adopts SOA architecture, dynamic data warehouse and data mining technology ,and is based on the risk control model base ,method base and rule base of the medical insurance fund.The platform realises the real-time data exaction, massive data integration and heterogeneous system integration. The study on this platform provides a strong support to controlling the risk of medical insurance fund ,ensuring basic medical care and promoting sustainable development of medical insurance.关键词
