预处理温度对高压直流电缆附件绝缘材料空间电荷的影响
Influence of Pretreating Temperature on Space Charge of Insulation Materials for Cable Accessories Used in HVDC Transmission Projects

Abstract
Using pulsed electro-acoustic method (PEA),the space charge distribution in the insulating layer made of silicone rubber (SIR) and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), which are pretreated at different temperatures and used to the cable accessories for HVDC transmission projects,is researched. To analyze the reason leading to different accumulation of space charge, the change of chemical molecular structure of insulating material for cable accessories used in HVDC transmission is researched via tensile property tests and dynamic thermal mechanical analysis (DMA). Results of verification experiments show that after pretreating SIR at the temperature of 150℃, the vulcanization SIR is more adequate and the crosslinking density increases, which makes the space charge in insulating layer decreased. Therefore it is suitable to perform pretreatment of SIR at the temperature of 150℃. After pretreating EPDM at the temperature of 150℃,the depolymerizafion reaction of EPDM is presented and it makes the space charge in insulating layer increased. Therefore it is suitable for EDPM to be pretreated at lower temperature,e.g., 80℃.关键词
