对地租理论的思考
Reflections on the Land Rent Theory
摘要
Abstract
The Marx’s land rent theory and western economic rent theory are compared in this paper from the aspects of land rent, rent decision, rent form and other aspects of land. Combined profits of industrial production, the concept of absolute rent and monopoly profit, differential land rent Ⅰ and differential rent Ⅱ are analyzed. Study suggests that land rent system and the corresponding distribution theory of land rent reflects the interest relationship in the certain period. On this basis, the paper tries to explain changes of the rural and urban land rent system and the allocation relationship in different historical period.关键词
