Abstract
In BR buffer ( pH 4.2), human immunoglobulin ( HIgG) reacts with methyl blue to form ionassociation complexes, which greatly enhances the resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) intensity of the system at the wavelength of 410 nm.The optimum reaction conditions including pH, the concentration of methyl blue and the reaction time were investigated.Under optimum condition, the RRS intensity at 410 nm was linear to the concentration of HIgG in the range of 0.3 ~ 115.3 mg/L, and the detection limit was 0.1 mg/L.Based on this, a novel method for the sensitive determination of HIgG was developed.关键词
