龙葵多糖提取分离工艺研究
Study on the Technology for Extracting and Separating Polysaccharide from Solanum Nigrum L

Abstract
The orthogonal experiment with three factors and three levels was designed for the nigrum polysaccharide extraction techonology by water bath method.The experimental result of orthogonal experiment showed that the influence factors of water bath is in the order as: extract temperature > ratio of solid to liquid > extract time.The optimal extraction condition is obtained with ratio of solid to liquid of 1∶10 at 80 ℃ and 30 minutes for three times.The influence factors of ethanol precipitation were in the order as: the concentration of ethanol > precipitation time > ethanol volume.The optimal separation condition is obtained with 90% ethanol solution and precipitation for 8 hours.All of these conditions set the foundation for large - sale development and application of solanum nigrum L.关键词
