Abstract
Artificial neural network combined with traditional orthogonal design constitute the basis on which a new method of test data analyzing and processing was presented.With the help of artificial neural network, through emulation and optimization, the optimal conditions for extraction of total flavonoids in Rhododendron pulchrum Sweet, was obtained as follows; the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20( g/mL) , 40 min of extraction time, 60 ℃ of extraction temperature and 40% of ethanol concentration.The optimal technology verification test was so far shown to be satisfactory.关键词
