摘要
Abstract
Machine zero is very important to error analysis and compensation. A machine zero is selected after analyzed the DJCLY92B, and calibrated by the self-made method. Calibration process by comparing the discrete points one by one is not fit for the compensation process, it also needs to process the discrete points by the cubic spline interpolation and makes it a continuous variable to simplify the work of writing programs of compensation of DJCLY92B cutting tool measuring instrument. Experiments shows that the cubic spline interpolation is a feasible method and make the machine meet the established requirements of accuracy. And it makes a standard for next products.关键词
