Dynamic Modeling for Motorized Spindle Whole-body of Machining Center Using FEM and Exoerimental Study
摘要
Abstract
In this paper the dynamic modeling of motorized spindle whole-body, which is equivalent to the shaft-bearing-motorbeating housing-system, is conducted using the finite element method and verified by physical experiments. The results indicate that the first three sets obtained by FEA coincide with those obtained by physical experiments approximately, the inaccuracy is subtle. However the deviation increases considerably when the analysis frequency is higher than 3 kHz. The finite element model founded in this paper, which is of significance in dynamic respond research and optimization design,is identified by physical experiment ,and is efficient for the prediction of lower set frequency.关键词
