摘要

Abstract

Taking Yufuhe River in Jinan as a demonstration case, an optimal multi-objective function for comprehensive benefit with an unified measurement for the multi-objective water uses from the economic-social and eco-environmental demands is established herein with the application of the related principles of economics; in which the characteristics of water demands from the different growing periods including key biological growth stage and non-critical biological growth stag of the agricultural crops and ecolosy in the region of Yufuhe River are studied, and then the reservoir operation criteria of river eco-restoration is put forward under a reasonable consideration on the temporal-spatial discrepancies between various water users. Through the comparative selection of several schemes, the comprehensive operation scheme for the eco-restoration of Wohushan Reservoir on Yufuhe River and its simulation result are visually given under the comprehensive consideration of the feasibility, equity and high efficiency concerned; which provides a theoretical support with case demonstration for both the development of the multiobjective model based on the technolosy of the evaluation after the ecological operation and the perfection of the technical system for the ecological operation of reservoir.
