摘要

Abstract

The millimeter wave radar frequency exists between the optic and the microwave. As it possesses hoth of their characteristics. it is the perfect operation frequency of precision guidance weapon system. The features of millimeter wave technique are introduced. 35 GHz and 95 GHz millimeter wave radar performance are simulated under complex climatic condition and different surface condition. Simulation results show that when the target is in complex climate environment or good surface environment ( weaker surface backscatter) , 35 CHz radar performance can be slightly better than 95 GHz radar.
