摘要
Abstract
Today, the business outsourcing develops rapidly under the globalization circumstance.Most of companies intend to outsource their non-core business to the third parties due to cost saving consideration and strategical requirement.Usually, the organizations are inclined to define their core competencies before business outsourcing decision-making and then outsource their non-core businesses to their vendors.Most of these organizations enjoy the business outsourcing benefits as well as burden the business outsourcing risks.Furthermore, the industries are willing to identify the outsourcing risks more clearly and balance the outsourcing benefits and risks better.In this paper, the business outsourcing risks are analyzed and identified which are helpful for the organization outsourcing decision-making as a reference.关键词
