摘要
Abstract
This paper demonstrates the role of Enterprise Annuity in human resource management: the powerful tool and golden handcuffs of companies’employees; then it gets cognitive status about Enterprise Annuity of China by the analysis of the questionnaire obtained from 500 different types of enterprises in five regions of China;Finally, it gives workable implementation strategy of China’s Enterprise Annuity according to the actual situation.关键词
