Abstract
The welding of steel l 6 Mn with the thickness of 4mm is performed by the processes of MAG in the conditions of different heat input. The properties of welded joints are studied by means of observing the microstructure, measuring the width of HAZ and the micro-hardness test. The results show that the width of HAZ is increased with the increase in heat input. The increase in heat input leads to the coarser microstructure of overheated zone of weld joints with the appearance of the Bainite structure, and the micro-hardness increases accordingly. The peak value of micro-hardness exists in the HAZ.关键词
