Clonal Selection Algorithm Based on Vaccination
摘要
Abstract
Based on abstracting and modeling the vaccine and vaccination techniques in biomedicine, the vaccine and related conception, vaccine autonomous obtaining algorithm and vaccination operator are proposed. The generic clonal selection algorithm is improved by integrating with vaccine autonomous obtaining and vaccination operator. The improved clonal selection algorithm is used to implement pattern recognition, which demonstrates the speedup of convergence speed according to experimental results. Meanwhile, computational efficiency and time complexity analysis for the improved algorithm are also presented.关键词
