百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床研究
Clinical Research on Early Diabetic Nephropathy Treated by Bailing Capsule Combined with Irbesartan
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of combined therapy of Bailing capsule with irbesartan in treating early stage diabetic nephropathy. Methods:80 patients with early stage diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups, experiment group (irbesartan plus Bailing capsule, n = 40) and control group ( irbesartan, n = 40). After 3 months, the patients underwent examinations for changes in the urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) ,serum creatinine (Scr) and C -reaction protein (CRP) before and after treatment. Results:Blood serum creatinine, UAER and CRP in experiment group and control group were significantly lowered than before(P ＜ O. O l ). Compared with the control group ,blood serum creatinine, UAER and CRP in experiment group were significantly lowered than before(P ＜0.05). Conclusion:Bailing capsule combined with irbesartan has good effects in the treatment of early stage diabetic nephropathy.关键词
