针灸配合黛力新治疗脑卒中后焦虑症的临床研究
Clinical Research of Poststroke Anxiety Disorder Treated by Acupuncture Combined with Deanxit
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture method with the function of clearing hear and tranquilizing mind combined with small dose of Deanxit in the treatment of anxiety disorder after stroke. Methods:72 cases of anxiety disorder after stroke were randomly divided into two groups. The drug group was given single Deanxit therapy while the acupuncture combined with the drug group was needled in addition to the treatment of the drug group with 6 weeks as a course of treatment. Results: The effective rate of the acupuncture combined with the drug group was 90.91％ ,while the effective rate of the drug group was 80.00％. Conclusion: Acupuncture method with the function of clearing hear and tranquilizing mind combined with small dose of Deanxit have good effect in the treatment of anxiety disorder after stroke.关键词
