温阳强心方联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭临床研究
Clinical Research of Wenyang Qiangxin Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Chronic Heart Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Qiangxin Decoction in treating chronic heart failure as well as the improved life quality. Methods:60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group were giren regular treatment of western medicine while the treatment group were additionally given IV injection of 40 mL Shengrnai Injection and Wenyang Qiangxin Deooction with 10 d as a course of treatment and observation of 4 courses. Observe the overall efficacy and grading of heart function of patient before and after treatment. Results: Compared with control group the overall efficacy in patients and heart function grading had significant difference ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion: Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine treatment of chronic heart failure can improve clinical symptoms, improve the heart function, thereby improving the life quality of patients.关键词
