血塞通注射液联合奥扎格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe effect of angina pectoris treated with Xuesaitong Injection and Ozagrel. Methods:58 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 30 patients were given intravenous infusion of 400 mg Xuesaitong injection plus 5％ glucose or 0.9 ％ sodium chloride, once a day with a duration of 14 days;80 mg Ozagrel was given intravenously,once a day with a duration of 14 days. 28 patients in the control group were administered regular aspirin and nitrates. Results :The clinical total effective rate was 93.4％ in the observation group while the total effective rate in control group was 71.3％ ;the total effective rate of ECG in the observation group was 70. 1％ ,the total efficiency rate in the control group was 57％. Conclusion:Xuesaitong Injection combined with Ozagrel can significantly reduce the frequency of angina and reduce chest depression and pain symptoms.关键词
