Abstract
Objective:To explore the cardiac function and clinical curative effect of chronic congestive heart tailure(CHF) patients treated by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods :The control group was given western medicine while the treatment group was given selfmade Xinshuaining Decoction plus western medicine as control observation. Clinical efficacy evaluation regarded the improvement of cardiac function and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) as the standard. Results:For 30 patients in the treatment group, 10 cases were markedly effective (33.3％),18 cases were effective (60.0％),2 cases were ineffective (6.7％) and the efficiency rate was 93. 30％ ;for 30 patients in the control group,8 cases were markedly effective (26.7％) , 15 cases were effective (50.0％) ,7 cases were ineffective (23.3％) and the efficiency rate was 76.70％. Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group showed significant difference(x2 = 8.06,P ＜ 0.05). At the same time,heart functions such as LVEF and heart rate were significantly improved before and after treatment and the treatment group were better than the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion: Xinshuaining Decoction has the function of warming yang and nourishing qi, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, nourishing heart to promote blood circulation, promoting cardiac diuretic, dredging miro - circulation, improving cardiac function and the dose of medicine can be reduced in order to lower the incidence of adverse reactions of western medicine and improve clinical effect.关键词
