基于WinCC的整备作业安全监控系统
Servicing Work Safety Monitoring System Based on WinCC
摘要
Abstract
To realize the servicing work automation of electric locomotive this paper proposes servicing work safety supervision system for electric locomotive based on Windows Control Center(WinCC) configuration software combined with the servicing operation controlling on-site.In the supervision system, it adopts the modularity designing method of configuration software.By the use of computer network communication technology and monitoring technology, the fieldbus technology etc to realize HMI system by WinCC; with S7-300 PLC for the lord stand, S7-200 PLC for slave station of the total line network system of the PROFIBUS-DP Test results show that the supervision system achieve simultaneous operations of many needs of road, data exchange among the three hierarchical and autotmatic information management of preparedness operations.关键词
