玉米RILs群体产量及相关性状评价
Corn RILs Community Yield and Related Characters Appraisal
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to supply reference for the determination of gene of characteristics and comprehensive properties of fine com inbred line. [ Method] 280 pedigrees ( lucky 846 × tucks to com RILs 3189) as well as the parents carried on the yield and related characters appraisal. The experimental design was a randomized complete block with replications in three years. [ Result] Variation of the 10 characters was of significant differences among families and years and Families. Broad sense heritability of the 10 character were between 50.76％-82.81％. Skewness and kurtosis of each trait was less than 1, fitting the normal distribution. [Conclusion] The pedigree 2, 10, 27, 122,257 and 321 yield and related characters performance were stable in different years, which could be for priority use for breeding. The ten properties all could be analyzed by QTL.关键词
