温室白粉虱对常用杀虫剂的敏感性测定
The Susceptibility of Trialeurodes vaporariorum to Commonly Used Insecticides
摘要
Abstract
The susceptibility of eggs, first instar nymphs and adults of Trialeurodes vaporariorum to six insecticides,imidacloprid, acetamiprid, avermectins. bifenthrin. decamethrin and chlorpyrifos were studied with the method of dip and drug film. The test results indicated that : LC50 of avermectins to the adults of Trialeurodes vaporariorum was 19. 09μg . mL-1 , the ratio of resistance was 24. 79 compared to susceptible baseline, they have generated the medium level resistance. However, the ratio of resistance of other five drugs were all less than 5, haven't generated obvious resistance, but their sensitivity has decreased, we should strengthen their resistance monitoring.关键词
