智能释药胶囊内酸碱度测量模块的设计
The Design of pH Measuring Module in the Smart Capsule for Drug Delivery System*

Abstract
A smart capsule for drug delivery based on a pH sensor was proposed here. The system can automatically identify the pH changes of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, and then it can automatically release the drug if the pH changes satisfy the established procedure. A pH measuring module in this system was designed here. The pH measuring module consists of pH sensor module, measuring circuit module, microprocessor chip module, and power management module. The performances of pH measuring module and pH sensors were tested in vitro experiments. The experimental results showed that the sensitivity of pH sensor was 43.5 mV/pH, which met the need of pH measuring in the GI tract. Additionally,when the trigger voltage stored in the micro controller unit( MCU)was from 113.1 to 282.8 mV, the capsule could release the medicine in the esophagus, stomach and intestinal tract accurately according to the change of pH value.关键词
