基于超微晶合金的传感器噪声匹配变压器设计
Design of Sensor Noise Matching Transformer Based on Nanocrystalline
摘要
Abstract
A method to improve the performance of the pre-amplifier for the sensor is introduced. High magnetic permeability,low rectangular nanocrystalline alloy is used to fabricate the noise matching transformer to overcome shortcomings of the traditional noise matching transformer amplifier. By using the performance of the nanocrystalline of high magnetic permeability,low coercivity, low Squareness and low losses character, many shortcomings for conventional material are overcome. In order to obtain and test the effect of different types of soft magnetic material to the output signal,this paper analyzes the soft magnetic properties of materials and transformer equivalent circuit. The results of the tests show that the VAC500F nanocrystalline is better than traditional material in performance. It has a close to ideal SNIR( signal to noise improve ratio)of 18.6 dB ,has less than O. 1% THD( total harmonic distortion) ,and it also has the high band wide the low loss characteristic. It has a better practical value in detecting of sensor.关键词
