废纸脱墨热分散系统垢物化学成分及成因分析
Chemical compositions and genetic analysis of deposits in heat dispersion system of waste paper deinking

Abstract
In newspaper producing system deposits of heat dispersion of waste paper deinking will effect not only efficiencies of machines and energy consumption, but also the quality of products.To control scales in heat dispersion effectively, scales were sampled and their compositions were determined through methods such as Py-GC/MS, IR, IC, XRD and etc, and the causes of formation of organic and inorganic deposits were also analyzed.The results showed that inorganic scales such as scales of calcium and silicon exists in deinking lines, organic deposits in heat dispersion origined from waste paper, or recycled white water of sizing department.Waste paper's selection and washing was the key point of controlling scales.In addition, the amounts of chemicals were reduced touse at the circumstance of insuring paper's quality.关键词
