用于SPR检测的自消噪光电二极管阵列驱动电路
An Adaptive Noise Cancellation Photodiode-array Drive Circuit for SPR Detection

Abstract
An adaptive noise cancellation photodiode-array drive circuit was designed for detecting SPR phenomenon. The circuit can measure the light intensity distribution accurately within rectangular area, thus determinate the SPR resonance angle. The linear image sensor: S3903-1024Q (Hamamatsu product)photodiode-array device was used as the photoelectric converter and driven by the improved current integration method. In this way, the circuit can restrain noise components adaptively according to different environmental noise conditions. The experimental results shown that the photodiode-array detector circuit really can provide significantly noise restraint, thus improve SNR more than 10dB.关键词
