喀斯特山地不同人工林土壤酶活性与草本层结构特征的关系

Abstract
The relationship between soil enzyme activities and structural characteristics of herbaceous layer in different types of stand were studied by taking three different types of young plantations ( Robinia pseudoacacia, Cupressus duclouxiana and R. pseudoacacia - C. duclouxiana) and non-planted land in Karst area, Guizhou province as the study area.The results showed that ( 1 ) Soil enzyme activities of urease, invertase, alkaline phosphatase and catalase were the lowest except polyphenoloxidase in non-planted land; ( 2 ) Characteristic values of herbaceous layer: Shannon-Weiner diver sity index (H) , Pielou evenness index (Ep ) and species richness index (R) showed the same trend, the ecological dominance index (C′) was opposite; (3)The correlation between soil enzyme and characteristic values of herbaceous layer had some differences due to types of soil enzymes. Significant correlation was found between soil enzyme activities of urease, invertase, alkaline phosphatase or catalase and H,Ep ,R,C′, while it was very lower of polyphenoloxidase.关键词
