Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing aortic dissection. Methods Color Doppler ultrasound was performed in 65 patients with aortic dissection who underwent surgery. The results of color Doppler ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively. Results The aortic dissection were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound in 55 patients. Of these 55 patients, 12 had DeBakey type Ⅰ,17 had DeBakey type Ⅱ,and 26 had DeBakey type Ⅲ. The diagnostic accuracy rate was 84.62％. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is a convenient,rapid,and noninvasive method and could be used as the first choice for diagnosing aortic dissection.关键词
