十字花科植物HRD基因的克隆及分析
HRD Gene Cloning and Analysis of Cruciferous
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The purpose of the research was to reveal the homology between the cloned gene of Cruciferous and Arabidopisis HRD gene to confirm whether HRD gene is Cruciferous ’ s conservative gene or not . [Method]The nucleicacid sequence from the plants of Cruciferous was cloned and analysed using the method of molecular biology. [ Result] The result shows that their DNA sequence and amino acid sequences has great similarities, and biological evolutionary tree analysis shows that they have the homology . [ Conclusion] Arabidopisis HRD gene and the cloned sequence from the Cruciferous has the same ancestor, it is a conservative gene of Cruciferous .关键词
