Abstract
Objective :To reduce the analysis cycle of macromolecule impurities of β -lactam antibiotics, thus reducing the workload and optimizing detection. Methods:Dextrangel Sephadex G - 10 high performance liquid chromatography was applied to detect several species, adjust their sample size, reduce the flow rate and improve the mobile phase B. Results:The results showed the method was feasible and consistent with the standards. Some suggestions were given aiming directly at the actual issues in the process of determination. Conclusion: Determination of polymer impurities of β - lactam antibiotics is consistently compared with the original standard and inspection time was reduced by nearly 2/3. But in the testing work, we still have to face a variety of specific issues still to be resolved.关键词
